Affiliate Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

We may collect your name, email, phone number, country, social profiles, audience information, content examples, preferred formats, application responses, support messages, tax details, and payout information. Approved partners may also provide profile, campaign, and community information through the portal.

2. Information collected through the program

We may collect account and sign-in events, referral-link clicks, attribution identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, application status, campaign activity, content performance, commission calculations, payout status, and communications with the BlueKiwi team.

3. Referred customer privacy

Partners should receive only the information needed to understand their earnings. The portal is intended to show anonymized referral, plan, billing-event, eligibility, and payout information—not a referred customer's identity or private account content.

4. How information is used

We may use information to review applications, operate and secure the partner portal, attribute referrals, calculate and issue payouts, manage creator briefs, provide product credits, communicate program changes, prevent fraud, improve the program, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

5. How information may be shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payment processing, fraud prevention, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

BlueKiwi does not intend to sell affiliate application or portal information for money. The final policy should describe any legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising practices once the exact analytics and advertising stack is finalized.

6. Cookies and attribution

The affiliate experience may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and referral attribution. The current program design uses a 60-day latest-eligible-link attribution window. See the Cookie & Attribution Notice for the working details.

7. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the program, payments, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. BlueKiwi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Rights vary by location and may be limited by legal, security, payout, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.

9. International use and age limits

BlueKiwi may process information in countries other than your own. The final policy should identify applicable transfer safeguards and regional notices. The partner program is not intended for children, and applicants should be at least 18 unless BlueKiwi approves another lawful arrangement.

10. Policy changes

Material changes should be posted here and communicated through the portal or email when appropriate. The updated date at the top will show when this notice last changed.
