Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program eligibility and acceptance

The BlueKiwi partner program is invite-only. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. BlueKiwi may review audience fit, content quality, account authenticity, location, and alignment with the product before approving an applicant.

You must provide accurate application and payout information, keep your account secure, and be legally able to enter an agreement where you live. Unless BlueKiwi approves otherwise in writing, participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Referral attribution

An eligible customer must create a BlueKiwi account within 60 days of their most recent eligible partner-link click. The most recent eligible partner link receives attribution. Deleted cookies, blocked tracking, another partner's later link, unsupported devices, or incomplete tracking may prevent attribution.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, phone farms, automated traffic, misleading redirects, and purchases made in violation of these terms are not eligible.

3. Qualifying commission

Commission applies only to collected revenue from an eligible customer's base BlueKiwi subscription plan. One-time credit purchases, non-base upgrades, taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and other excluded amounts do not qualify.

An eligible referral may generate commission for up to 12 successful subscription payments or one year from the first qualifying payment, whichever comes first. The rate shown in your portal or written partner terms controls. Tier requirements and rates may be adjusted prospectively.

4. Payouts, holds, and reversals

The portal may show estimated, pending, approved, scheduled, paid, held, or reversed earnings. Estimates are not payable until BlueKiwi confirms the underlying customer payment and eligibility. Reasonable holds may be used for refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, payout verification, or legal compliance.

BlueKiwi may reverse commission tied to refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible transactions. Partner-specific payout schedules, minimums, currencies, tax forms, and fees will be provided before payout.

5. Paid creator briefs

Paid briefs are optional unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Each invitation should state the fee, deliverables, deadline, revisions, posting requirements, and permitted usage before acceptance. Expanded paid-ad usage, whitelisting, raw files, exclusivity, or extended licensing must be agreed separately.

6. Honest promotion and disclosures

Partners must share honest experiences, use current approved claims, and clearly disclose their material relationship with BlueKiwi. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand wherever the endorsement appears. Platform disclosure tools may supplement, but do not automatically replace, a clear disclosure in the content.

Partners may not make false earnings, performance, pricing, security, legal, or product claims; impersonate BlueKiwi; use spam; purchase misleading traffic; or conceal the commercial nature of a promotion.

7. Brand and content rights

While approved, BlueKiwi grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use approved brand assets solely to promote BlueKiwi under these terms. You may not register confusing domains, social handles, paid-search keywords, or marks that imply you own or operate BlueKiwi.

You retain ownership of your original content unless a creator brief states otherwise. BlueKiwi receives only the usage rights you accept in that brief or another written agreement.

8. Product access and community

BlueKiwi may provide monthly, one-time, or custom product credits for approved demonstrations. Credits have no cash value and may be changed or removed if misused. Approved partners may receive access to a private Discord channel; access is personal, revocable, and subject to community rules shared in the portal.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation. BlueKiwi may suspend links, portal access, payouts, briefs, or community access while investigating a suspected violation. Confirmed fraud, deceptive promotion, disclosure failures, misuse of customer data, or material breach may result in termination and forfeiture of ineligible earnings.

10. Changes and partner-specific terms

BlueKiwi may update the program, commission tiers, eligibility rules, or these terms prospectively. Material changes should be communicated through the portal or email before they apply. Terms accepted for a specific partner or creator brief take priority where they conflict with this general draft.

11. Legal provisions to finalize

The final version should be reviewed by counsel and completed with the correct BlueKiwi legal entity, governing law, dispute process, liability limits, warranty language, tax responsibilities, payment-provider terms, and notices required for each supported market.
